What actually happens on the call?
About 30 minutes, video or audio — your choice. I ask about your restaurant, show you the demo closest to your style, and answer your questions. There is no presentation and no obligation — plenty of people book a call and decide it is not for them.
Do I have to book a call to get started?
No. The onboarding takes about ten minutes and a designer picks it up within one business day. The call is there for when you would rather talk it through with a human first.
How fast will you reply to email or WhatsApp?
Within one business day, usually a lot sooner. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach me if you just have a short question.
I already have a website. Is it worth talking?
That is most of my conversations. Send the link before the call and I will tell you honestly what is worth keeping, what is costing you bookings, and whether replacing it actually makes sense for you.
My restaurant does not fit any of the six styles. Now what?
Those six are starting points, not limits — most restaurants land close to one of them and we tailor from there. If yours is genuinely its own thing, the 100% custom style add-on means we design it from scratch instead.
What does it cost to talk?
Nothing. The call is free and there is no obligation at the end of it. Billing only ever starts when you sign up for Concierge Hosting.
Which language will we speak, and what time zone are you in?
English or Dutch, whichever you prefer. I am on Central European Time (Amsterdam), and I keep slots outside service hours because I know when restaurants are busy.
