The service
RestaurantFront designs and builds a custom website for your restaurant at no charge. The website is hosted, maintained and updated under Concierge Hosting at $89 per month, billed monthly from the day the site goes live. Optional add-ons are one-time fees agreed in writing.
Timeline
We aim to launch within 5 business days of receiving the content we need (logo, menu, images, hours). Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.
Content & ownership
You confirm you have the rights to all content you provide. Your domain is always registered in your name. While hosting is active you have full use of the website; on cancellation we can export your content (text, menu, images) on request.
Cancellation
You may cancel Concierge Hosting at any time; the website goes offline at the end of the paid period. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice.
Liability
We work hard to keep your site fast and online (99.9% uptime target) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the hosting fees paid in the previous three months.
